Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Position Summary:Lead  the HIL and Lab Car set up & Testing
Job roles & responsibilities:
• Making HIL set up for ECUs and vehicle E&E system.
• Coordination with all COC for ECU interface set up in HIL. 
• Making test script for ECU functionality and test cases.
• Testing all ECU as per test cases. 
• Testing all ECU like EMS, ABS, VECU, IC etc in HIL set up.
• Testing all IVN and Diagnostics in HIL set up.


Degree in Engg in Electrical or Electronics
Master's Equivalent - Engineering in Electrical or Electronics

Work Experience

Years of Experience-10+
Preferred Industry:Auto Electrical Ancillary / Automotive Electricals & Electronics  / Automotive OEMS

Skill Sets required to perform the role : 
•    Understanding of HV architecture for EV and Fuel cell.
•    Understanding HL & LV interfacing strategy
•    Fair Knowledge of new technology in new domain.
•    Strong knowledge HIL, LABCAR, Plant Model, Automation tool testing. 
•    Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN, UDS and J1939 protocol. 
•    Strong knowledge of IVN testing. 
•    Strong knowledge of IVN tools like CANoe, CANanalyzer etc and CAN dbc file preparation.
•    Working knowledge of problem solving techniques and design optimization, Benchmarking, ECU IVN failure Analysis.
•    Hand On experience in HIL and LABCAR. 
•    Hand On experience of IVN, CAN, LIN, J1939 and IVN tools.
•    Strong knowledge of vehicle electronics system. 
•    Strong knowledge of vehicle electronics system. 
•    Knowledge of ECU hardware development and software development
