Position Summary
•Attribute Leader: Climate Control Passenger cars
•Candidate with strong domain knowledge and ‘hands on’ experience in Mobile HVAC systems. Past work experience of working with OEM in a similar function is an advantage
•Strong interpersonal and collaborative working skills with internal and external stakeholders combined with an innovative mindset and track record

Job Responsibilities 
1.    He/ She should have clear understanding of fundamentals of automotive HVAC Systems and latest developments including regulatory developments. Candidate must have necessary ability to analyze these trends and create future roadmaps.
2.    This role demands continuous interface with engineers from design, CAE, system supplier to achieve project deliverables in given timelines. Candidate must have the necessary ability and confidence to deliver, including maintaining gateway timelines and resolution of critical issues thru effective solutioning
3.    He/ She must be willing to work as a CFT member for risk assessment at early concept design stage and resolution of technical issues related to vehicle thermal management.
4.    Working experience with OEM or TIER I in HVAC system design and development, test and validation methods, having knowledge of FATC Calibration is an advantage. 
5.    Have an innovative mindset and drive for continuous improvement and capability development in the domain
6.    Good technical report writing and presentation skills for reviews with peers and senior management. Covert on the job learnings to work guidelines and work instructions.
7.    He/ She should be able to coordinate with shop floor working teams to ensure daily work operations smoothly as per committed plan. Guide, mentor and coach direct reports.

Education

Degree in Engg in Mechanical or Electrical
Masters in Thermal Engineering

Work Experience

Work Experience -10 ~ 15 years

Preferred Industry-Automobile Industry
