Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

The role is responsible ,System Level validations &verifications –E drives / Power converters /EDS  , DVP Conformance & report Generations for E Drives , Power Converters , HV EDS 
Key Responsibility & Key Tasks
1.    Main Activities   
a.    Lab Car build for EV Power train and system level validations for EV Power trains  /Power Converters / EV –EDS 
b.    Finalise and execute system level integration , functional  , Diagnostics test cases for EV Power  train 
c.    EMC /ENV Conformances and DVP Finalisations for E Drive and Power Converters 
d.    DVP Conformances  and conformance report generations for E Drive,aux Drive  , Power Converters ,HV -EDS and PDU  
e.    Program Level SPOC for E Drive , Power Conv interfaces for E Drive ,aux Drive  , Power Converters ,HV –EDS and PDU
2.    Other Activities 
a.     Active participation in Vehicle trials and Calibrations for Traction Drives / Aux Drives /EDS /Power Converters 
b.    Representation in VA VE , QRM forums for Traction Drives / Aux Drives /EDS /Power Converters 
c.    MINT / RMDV / CIB /QIB Closures for mentioned aggregates 
d.    Liaise with stake holders for Production and field issues 
e.    Recreation of field issues /production issues on Lab car /vehicle for RCA 

Education:
Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

Work Experience
1.     6-8 years system validations experience –EV Validations preferred 
2.    Knowledge of CAN Tools and Power Electronics and Drives Test equipment 
3.    CAN Protocol (CAN 2.A and 2.B) and UDS (14229-1) Knowledge 
4.    HV / Electrical systems troubleshooting techniques 
5.    Handling Design Quality , Field Quality issues  
6.    Use of Quality tools -8D , FTA , Fish Bone , YY Analysis ,PDCA  etc 
7.    Knowledge of EMI/EMC Ref Standards and Tests requirements for EV application
