Purpose of the position
•Enable creation, sustenance and enhancements of HR dashboards – HR analytics
•Drive EDP – employee digital platform from HR – new features and sustenance + improvements in current features
•Drive data quality and data accuracy across HR systems and processes

Relevant Experience :
1.3-4 years total industry experience in HR
2.Orientation of HR metrics in various HR processes for lead, lag measures and its correlation with business impact
3.Has managed organization wide/function wide HR data and models

1-Planning & Execution – Digitization & Analytics
•Understand functional requirements from internal stakeholders – employees/managers/leadership, HR – CoEs and Business HR Managers
•Translating functional requirements into technical terms and create
•Provide analytics for HR performance monitoring and planning 
•Plan benchmarking exercise and bring in best in class practices in HR digitization, automation and HR analytics
2-HR Analytics
•Translate functional requirements into used cases and business needs
•Translate the used cases to HR analytics views and provide inputs to central analytics team
•Develop HR analytics models and enable views useful to customers with flexibility in partnership with central analytics team
•Drive implementation of no touch dashboards
•Connecting the dots between various HR metrics, HR processes and measures
•Support implementation DATOM – Analytics Maturity Model agenda in HR.
•Support and enable movement of Analytics Maturity of HR from Descriptive-Diagnostic to Predictive-Perspective
•Work with stakeholders from IT, Central Analytics on development of data lake for HR data points
•Ensure data accuracy, data integrity and reliability for HR data
3-Digitization and Automation
•Work with development team to help them understand functional and end user requirements and implement scalable solutions across TML group companies
•Enhancements of Drishti – Employee Digital platform, making it to be one stop shop platform for employees, managers and leadership
•Support development towards benefits management tool (Currently Q2T) development and enhancement
•Create frameworks for Chat Bots –Intentions, Ques and implement smart case management
•Work on sustenance and improvements in Accolades - Rewards and Recognition platform – Accolades through automation, launching new features
