Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Position – Senior Manager – Infra & Env : Construction

The responsibility of this role is to develop architectural designs/details for all new construction related projects within defined company guidelines and procedures. Provide architectural design related inputs to construction project execution team.

Personal Profile
Education: Bachelors in Engineering – Architecture
Relevant Experience:
•    Experience 3- 7 years
•    Experience working in an automobile industry, design development
•    Strong Interpersonal skills
•    Technical Knowledge
•    Design skills 
•    Communication skills


Work Experience

Job Responsibility

1.    Develop Architectural plans and design details for all new projects.
2.    Suggest improvements and update the previous construction design in line with design changes proposed by Lead.
3.    Communicate with construction project execution team on new project design for its implementation.
4.    Coordinate with construction budget team on cost related information for new project design & improvements in the existing design
5.    Standardize construction design documents aspect across plants & other locations
6.    Plan and prepare BOQ and other technical data sheets.
7.    Organise and conduct site visits with all concerned agencies
2    Finance Management
1.    Optimize and effective use of resources and enhance the overall processes.
2.    Formulate departmental estimates on the basis of negotiated rates.
3    Relationship Management
1.    Communicate and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders
4    People Management
1.    Co-ordinate with Central Design team and the execution team.
