Purpose of the position / Position Summary
•Role involves assisting the senior team members in industry/target research, financial modelling, due diligence, preparation of board decks, assisting in term sheet/definitive documents and end-to-end M&A transaction. 
•Unique opportunity to be part of the US$ 34Bn Tata Motors M&A team  
Dimensions of the position 
•Analysis and evaluation of potential transaction opportunities 
•Financial analysis, Financial Modelling for M&A and fund raising, Valuation Analysis (DCF, Transaction Comps, Comparable Companies)
•Assist in due diligence, research, documentation of transactions 
Personal Profile
Education    
•CFA/CA/MBA (Finance)
Skills    
•Good knowledge of MS Office; Experience in Financial Modelling 
•Knowledge of Bloomberg preferable 
 

Education

Work Experience

Relevant Experience :
•0-3 years’ experience in Investment banking/M&A teams of corporates/Big 4s/Global KPOs
