The role will be responsible for achieving the Production targets in the Powertrain Shop

Job Description
Job roles & responsibilities:
•    Sound knowledge for machining process & CNC machine.
•    Handling of daily production to achieve production Targets. Machine Shop production planning, job scheduling and machine loading.
•    Process improvements for productivity enhancements
•    Knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation (Mainly on Fanuc controller). Exposure to different cutting tools & trial for aluminium machining.
•    Monitoring & Control of various costs for manufacturing.
•    Sound knowledge of problem solving technique to solve day today problems in machine shop. 
•    Should have knowledge of WCQ and standardization.
•    Should have experience in lean manufacturing process like 5 S, QCC, Kaizens and TPM.
•    Knowledge of Quality system like ISO, QS, TS. Knowledge of SPC
•    Maintaining the shop floor discipline and safe work environment in the department. Knowledge of safety system

BE with experience of about 8-12 yrs
