Deputy General Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions

Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

The candidate would be mid-level resource within the team reporting to Head, M&A. He would be responsible for the project management of live M&A situations, including assisting on its various facets such as valuation, regulations, structuring and documentation.

End-to end project management of an M&A situation
Valuation analysis including trading comps and DCF, co-ordination for seeking valuation inputs from relevant business partners
Assist in identifying relevant regulatory guidelines (SEBI, RBI, Companies Act) with respect to M&A situations 
Assist in transaction structuring to achieve deal objectives
Assist in transaction documentation including term-sheets, SPA etc. 

Education
CA Final
Work Experience

Preferred: 4-5 years experience in mergers & acquisition advisory with an investment bank / investment banking

Alternate: 5-7 years experience in mergers & acquisition with a leading corporate
