Job Description: Sr.Manager – Mechanical Maintenance (Fixture/Machine Shop)  (Level 5)
Job roles & responsibilities:
Knowledge Mechanical maintenance of VMC and HMC , grinding machines, CNC machines, Robotic Washing ,CNC Washing, Honning Machine,  central coolant system.
Knowledge of fixture (machine shop, Engine assly & testing/dressing) of engine shop
•Knowledge of Replacement of spindle, ATC unit, Hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagram reading and diagnosis. Spindle run out correction and tackle quality issues due to machine side of grinding line.
•Operating knowledge of Gantry system & controller such as Fanuc, 802D sl,828D,840 D, Back up and Diagnosis
Basic mechanics, Hydraulics & Pneumatic system knowledge
•Auto cad/drafting software knowledge
•Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements
Knowledge of Makino CNcs, Lendis, Mori Seiki, Lapping & washing mc.
•Spare management & availabiliFault finding & analytical skill
•cost reduction –initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation
•Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT 
•Generate Safety working culture  
•Develop improvement culture 
•Knowledge of TPM and Manpower handling 
•Knowledge of Maintenance of Makino ,Nagel, Fanuc Robot, Landis line ,Komatsu NTC,
Power cost Reduction & productivity improvement projects    Knowledge of hardening machines, balancing machines
Knowledge of SAP system, line down time entry through SAP
Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this role
