Purpose of the position
The purpose of the position is:
•To deliver Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Performance Attribute Targets (PAT) for passenger vehicles (EV + ICE)
•To benchmark HVAC and battery cooling system (BCS) attributes, set-up PAT target, execution of DVP, optimising component duty strategy and development of FATC logic
•To evaluate HVAC system on buck, system bench and vehicle level; analyse the test results; recommend feasible design solutions to meet desired performance targets and prepare technical reports

2     Act as an interface with engineers from design, CAE, system supplier to achieve project deliverables in given timelines.     No delay in meeting the project gateway timeline
3    Work as a CFT member for risk assessment at early concept design stage and resolution of technical issues related to vehicle thermal management.    Number of CFT in which he /she is participating
4    Ensure vehicle preparation for test and validations of PAT related activities    Daily work management
5    Lead trouble shooting development issues related to FATC, ETC, calibration and assist in root cause analysis at vehicle level in workshop    Daily work management
6    Ensure rectification and check of all HVAC functionality in media and other PAT vehicles    Daily work management
7    Create and update work instructions periodically for working on passenger electric vehicles    Daily work management
8    Coordinate with shop floor working teams to ensure daily work operations smoothly as per committed plan.     Daily work management
