Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Job Description: Sr Manager – Systems, Process & IT

•    Demonstrate the understanding of various business processes P&SC focus but also for wider organisation
•    Able to understand and implement the business process benchmark and re-engineering principles
•    Identify process gaps, close this gap with efficient process aligning with other stakeholders
•    Able to lead the sourcing council initiatives for TPEM, ensure accurate input is presented for senior leadership’s decision making
•    Ensure P&SC process compliances
•    Lead the P&SC Quarterly Business Review initiatives for Leadership reviews with key suppliers, work with various stakeholder to prepare the review documents with supplier performance score card and other aspects of the business
•    Able to understand company level policy and its impact on functional policies and make amends accordingly
•    Support Vendor Council / Vendor Meet initiatives
•    Drive initiatives such as ERM, TBEM etc for P&SC
•    IT enablement of various business processes for P&SC, online work flows etc
•    Driving the Licence to Practice (LTP) initiatives for P&SC
•    Drive execution of Online MIS, leveraging analytics and providing various tools in the hands of decision makers
•    Process audits & compliance
Other requirements
•    BE/BTech Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, MBA Supply chain / operations (preferred)
•    Experience :  5-10 years
•    Process oriented
•    Keenness to learn new age P&SC tools and implement them
•    Commercial acumen with keenness to understand various systems, manufacturing processes
•    Able to manage broad set of stakeholders
•    Apt communicator and able to represent P&SC in various forums across organisation hierarchy 
•    Able to decide when to lead and when to be efficient team player
•    Ownership mind set
