Position Name   Senior Manager EV Warehouse Planning, Logistics Engineering & Planning
This position will be responsible for designing and developing logistics solutions for material movement from Supplier to In house manufacturing line, logistics sheets for EV Parts, warehouse layout planning implementation and inventory management with continuous Value Engineering in Inbound logistics and Process / Route optimisation/ Container optimisation, small lot packaging, Return Logistics – Complete Design.

Work Experience

Position Summary
1.    Plan and execute Digitisation and automation of Logistics process such as Ware house management system, Automation in part handling system and material movement.
2.    Responsible for design, development & implementation of returnable packaging FLC’s and Pallets.
3.    Develop and Design Optimal Logistics Solution with Planning of logistics facilities & Infrastructure as part of logistics road map in line with manufacturing footprint strategy.
4.     Packaging & logistics vendor development, vendor rationalization, continuous improvement in packaging & logistics standard w.r.t government policies and by implementing benchmark industry processes and technologies.
5.    Driving packaging improvement, standardization & optimization for bought out components across plants in coordination with vendor specific Packaging SPOCs.
6.    Ensure layout and material flow optimisation for regular / new project material as per WCQ standard (ex FIFO, PEFP, Pull system etc.)
7.    Drive in Maximising receipt of parts in JIS/JIT/ Kanban etc. methodology to support lean Inventory.
8.    Maintaining records of inventory levels and receipt data to help identify any discrepancies or inefficiencies within the system
9.    SLA and Monitor performance management criteria for outsourced stores activity
10.    Logistics budgeting on basis of production volumes, parts procurement and supply strategy
11.    Data management for Imports and Inbound Logistics Cost component at the time of Sourcing to measure Per Veh & per Plant Logistics Spend performance
12.    For new requirements, validate requirement and accordingly prepare detailed Statement of Requirement in requisite format with all specifications
13.    Plan and Monitor availability of material at right consumption point and escalate non-availability of critical material in order to ensure uptime of production levels
14.    Implement line feeding for daily production and shortage plan MIS, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse. 
15.    Manages daily flow of critical A Class parts by modifying storage space assignments and pallets.
16.    Tracking inventory levels to ensure that they are within acceptable levels
17.    Organizing and maintaining inventory levels in the warehouse according to company standards

•    Bachelor of Engineering with Logistics Engineering experince
•    Any Graduate with MBA and experience in Operations and system
•    Diploma in packaging technology with 10+ years of experience
Work Experience 
Overall experience of 5-8 years in the Supply Chain management, and must possess sound technical knowledge of Logistics Operations and manage logistics proposal for CAPEX and OPEX w.r.t Logistics road map for the project.
Knowledge of Inbound Logistics- Lead Time, Lot Size, Packaging Size, and consumption based procurement with ability to work in SAP-MM Module/ERP. 
Detail knowledge about JIT, KANBAN, KITTING, Software Simulations for logistics, Materials Flow Management with experience in costing.
