Position Summary with Job Responsibilities
Position Summary :
Responsible for sourcing, development and on boarding of strategic digital partners; as a single point of contact to interface with business, IT & the partner community to ensure adherence of the complete RFx & P2P process towards Digital spend.
Work closely with domain experts from IT, Digital & business teams to help onboard partners to charter the digital roadmap for TML. Effective collaboration skills across functions, levels, external digital agencies & partners.
Job Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy and Deployment
Manage the entire P2P process for digital vendors & vendor relationship management.
Interact with the technical teams, project managers & finance to understand & execute requirements.
Review and evaluate specifications (technical and commercial) for awarding contracts to suppliers;
Negotiations, price settlement, secure warranties, terms and conditions to deliver tangible outcomes
Prepare approval notes for management
Education
Work Experience
Work Experience Relevant work experience, 6-8 years
Preferred Industry & Working Knowledge Working understanding of Digital & IT licensing & service contracts, consultancy contracts
