 Brief Role Description (one line description including travel if any)    Responsible for overall project planning, execution and sustenance activity for EV Vehicle production. Devise strategy & planning to execute all new NPI EV projects & its derivative projects within stipulated timeline, Cost & quality meeting all Project deliverables by adopting robust & innovative process.

Job roles & responsibilities:
•Mfg strategy preparation, project feasibility evaluation, concept finalization.
•Recommend Make Vs Buy decisions for capacity creation, augmentation & new product planning
•Calculate, prioritize & recommend CAPEX for the plant based on cost, quality, productivity, benefits & infrastructure needs
Resolve issues to ensure timely availability of facilities for new design changes by coordination with concerned agencies.    •    Robust process planning ensuring adoption of latest applicable of advanced  technologies to improve Mfg processes.
•Ensure PO, PP and SOP batches manufacturing as per timeline and resolution of the BITS/Issues during builds.
•Delivering  final Quality targets & signoff before SOP
•ECN implementation to support quality improvements and VAVE initiatives.
•Drive IOT/New technology, battery technology projects to improve quality and efficiency
Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this role
Education , Skills & Experience    SKILLS
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech preferably from Electrical or control background. Mechanical is 2nd choice.
Experience :
Minimum 12 Years of Industry experience
•Manufacturing process design
•Control System Knowledge
•PLC and Robot Programming will be of added advantage
•Benchmarking  KAIZEN  TPM
•PFMEA  Problem Solving Techniques
•Management reporting
•Excellent communications 
•Good interpersonal Skill
