Position Summary: CoC Chassis for ILCV products.

Job Specifications :
Education Qualifications: BE in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering

Work Experience : Preferably on design & development, APQP knowledge would be added advantage.

Preferred Industry : Automobile industry

Good functional and design  knowledge of aggregates like frame, brake system, steering system, fuel system, exhaust system, HVAC etc.
DFMEA
Root cause analysis / Structured problem solving techniques

Automobile Industry / Auto ancillaries
CAD / PLM knowledge
Gen3 NPI process

Job Responsibilities
 Root cause analysis of field failures in existing products e.g. 7D, SPS
 Preparation of QIB from existing warranty, thermal incidences, BITS & CCT issues. Driving for closure of all issues through NPI projects before the product is reached DR5 gate
 DMU review for DVLO, Tolerance stack up
 Participation in DFMEA, TRSO, IQA and PPAP
 Leading DMU activity & action planning for the closure of the issues arising thereby.
 Field visits for root cause and action planning for the failures ( if any) in the newly launched vehicle.
 Achieve IPTV & EPV (3/6/12/24 MIS) targets of the new launches while working on Cimple projects
