Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Under the general direction from the Head of Customer Relationship Management, Dealer Management System& Portal Delivery, the Project Manager Role is a senior full-time employee responsible for Delivering CRM & DMS, Portal, Analytics services and building relationships with business leaders at various levels in the corporate environment, extending into the regions, channel partners, distributors and the entire ecosystem on behalf of TATA Motors IT.

The role is a key contributor for executing IT strategy by providing leadership and vision for IT Services within the corporate environment at various levels. In addition, the role is responsible for balancing and coordinating the fulfilment of demands. The person in this role participates with the Business SPOC in directing and prioritizing the provisioning of new and enhanced services related to CRM, DMS, Analytics and portal deliveries. It also ensures that the Business needs are captured appropriately, and provides key input for the creation and maintenance of the overall IT Strategy.

The Delivery PM  will act as a Single Point of Contact for the Project and is responsible to, 
• Understand Business Process and Requirements in view of Capabilities, Limitations, Tech Architecture
and Integration Aspects
• Conduct Requirement/ Blueprint workshop and shape requirements
• Create high Level design and cost estimates, Infra Requirements, TCO, IT Security, Licenses, Usage and
Governance
• Prepare detailed solution involving Solutions Team
• Calculate and Justify Tech Debt to Tata Motors IT Systems
• Playback high level solutions to Business and get signoff
• Refine infra requirements and set up data governance aspects
• Effort estimation, Validation and Cost Optimization
• Project preparation and kick off
• Project Execution to meet Project and Business requirements
• Work with Business teams on BVR

B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical)
