Education , Skills & Experience     
Basic Qualification:  
Degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience/ Diploma in Engineering with 4 years of experience/   Bsc in Physics, Chemistry with 6 years of experience
Professional Qualification:
Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Safety recongnised by State Govt. of Jharkhand
Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI/ CLI    


Work Experience

Job roles & responsibilities:
•    Plan & implement OHS policy, Objectives & Programs
•    Monitoring compliance of TML Standards & Procedure at workplace
•    Track and enforce Pro-active safety measures
•    Conduct risk assessment
•    Monitoring & follow-up the Safety related issues in Plant
•    Drive employee engagement and meaningful involvement
•    Prepare & present reports on incidents with determine causes and action plan
•    Review existing safety standards & procedure and complied revision
•    Monitor implementation of past incidents learning
•    Safety training to employees/ Trainee/ Contractors workmen
•    Liasioning with the statutory authorities ( The Chief Factory Inspector, Dy. Chief Factory Inspector and Factory Inspector )
•    ISO 45001:2018 standard compliance with Recertification and Surveillance audit    •    Prepare 1st & 2nd Party Audit schedule and co-ordinate for compliance & closure of findings
•    Adherence to TML Safety performance KPI
•    Key intervention at Critical to Safety & High potential activity areas for eliminating hazard or mitigate risk
•    Initiate Kaizen for improving safety at workplace
•    Perform regular Inspection, Safety Observation & Audit at workplace
•    Monitoring compliance of Mock Drills and observation closure
•    Conduct safety meetings as per schedule and ensure closure of discussed points
•    Determine action plan by analysing observations and incidents trend
•    Advice the concern departments in planning and organising measures, necessary for the effective control of personal injuries
•    Check the effectiveness of the action taken to prevent injuries
•    Ensure adherence of Contractor & Vendor Safety Management guidelines
