Purpose of the position

b.What will happen if there is no one in the position (no one performs the work)?
# The position is responsible for daily preparation and sharing of accurate and on time production MIS reports, analysis of production loss and next day visibility to Senior management (Plant level, VPO office, President office and MD office) for Pune PV, Sanand PV  and R-JV Plant
# Apart from this daily planning, analysing and monitoring of aggregates and critical model/trims and its escalation to senior management level related to Pune PV, Sanand PV  and R-JV Plant
# This position is also responsible for constraints mapping and data analysis of rolling plan and base plan which helps in finalizing month’s production plan for sign off from senior management
# Data collection, analysis and preparation for Sales & operations Planning Meeting (S&OP-I/II) and Supply Planning Meeting (SPM-I/II) considering Pune PV, Sanand PV  and R-JV Plant
# Capturing, Monitoring and Analysis of Plant operations data w.r.t. demand plan and dealer backorders and escalation of plant performance parameters and demand plan variation to senior management

Key Responsibilities:

1MIS Reporting
•Prepare on-time and accurate Production MIS reports with loss analysis and day’s production visibility to the Senior management: VPO office, President office and MD office
•Prepare and analyse of Powertrain and Critical Model/Trim/Colour Production status against demand plan; escalate if required
•Monitor and analyse Plant production w.r.t. dealer backorders and escalation    •    Time and accuracy
2Sales & Operations Planning
•Collect and analyse data for Sales & operations Planning Meeting (S&OP-I/II)
•Collect, analyse and prepare the data  on supply constraints for Supply Planning Meeting (SPM-I/II)
•Collect and Prepare data for Monthly sign off on Production volumes from respective stake holders
•Monitor daily manufacturing operations data at model level and escalate for any gap to senior management
•Collaborate with all stakeholders for achieving Zero obsolescence
•Coordinate with product Line for smooth ramp-up of new Trims/Models, implementation of CMVR regulations to ensure Zero obsolescence and on time delivery
•Coordinate with plant and sales team to work on end of life volumes for phase out models to ensure zero obsolescence    •    S&OP Demand fulfilment %
•Weekly Back Order fulfilment
3Sales & Production reconciliation
•Collect, analyse and prepare  Monthly and weekly Production adherence report
•Monitor adherence of production w.r.t demand plan    •    Production Adherence: (1-MAPE)%
4 Aggregate Planning
•Interlant Aggregate delivery planning and execution ensuring daily demand fulfillment. e.g. Petrol engines, Transaxles, Crankshafts, CVBU aggregates for UV      •    Production Adherence
5FG MonitorinMonitoring and escalation of aged FG vehicles in stock
•Coordinate with production, sales, product line, ERC team for salvaging of BS4 vehicles
•Coordinate for salvaging of write-off vehicles in plant    
•Adhering to FG norms
6SAP/MES Activities
•Work for SAP development as and when required (e.g. development of system generated auto report for plant level float)
•Modify MES reports and development as per requirements     •    MIS flexibility & efficiency
7Planning process digitalisation / MIS Digitisation
•Work with GDC team for reports development as per requirement (e.g. Daily RM inventory report, FG reports, etc.)
•Work in close coordination with Anaplan & RCCP team to establish Unified S&OP  for futuristic digitalized planning process
•Work in close coordination with Anaplan &RCCP for development of system for day level planning and execution.    
•Adhering EDD & OTIF norms
