Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Key job responsibilities:-

Key account management of current customers.

  1. To engage with SCM team of customer and communicate internally for supply of aggregates as per customer’s production plan.
  2. Basis visibility shared by customers and industry projections , assist the Sales Head in preparing and executing the Annual Sale Plan and translating it into Annual Production plan along with plant operations team  .
  3. To coordinate periodic quality review between the key stakeholders of  TML and Customer key stakeholders  and track implementation of agreed changes .
  4. To review consumer insights with customer sales head to understand additional business opportunities with existing customers or any adverse trends , and create adequate response plan  .
  5. To ensure and coordinate timely payment form customers. In case of credit offered, review internally with TML finance and customer finance on account reconciliation on monthly basis.
  6. To keep track of customers’ new product launches and current machine up grades and participate and ensure that the Product Development and  ERC teams are updated for any new aggregate requirements.

Work Experience

New Customer acquisition:-

  1. To identify  prospective customers based on industry information , reading syndicated reports, networking  etc .
  2. Ensure engagement with relevant stakeholders at prospective customer end to ensure that TML as a potential supplier partner  is established in their consideration set while they explore new products / alternate suppliers of Engines and Live Axles for existing products, ultimately ensuring that the  RFQ reaches TML .
  3. To connect with Product Development and ERC teams to ensure timely response to RFQs along with technical engagement with relevant customer stakeholders .
  4. Complete  techno-commercial evaluation along with Product Development Team to ensure identified new programs are Kicked off as per agreed targets on performance, cost and timelines.
  5. To provide all field information to Product line team like Competitor technical information, prices and market trends in order to ensure continuous improvement on existing products .
